About Dawn Ledesma

Dawn Ledesma is a real estate professional raised in Pittsburgh, PA. After moving throughout the Midwest while supporting her husband, a United States Army Officer, she and her family moved to the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex in 2006. Her extensive market research and unmatched devotion to her clients deliver an enjoyable experience to those she works with. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. She has an effective combo of Southern hospitality and Northeastern grit.

 

Dawn spent 18 successful years in the residential insurance industry negotiating with clients; which earned her a lapse cancellation rate of less than 2%. She credits her tedious customer service skills and organization to her success throughout her insurance career. She understands buying and selling a home can be a stressful process, but she is determined to make it fun and exciting. Her love for all things home and interior design undoubtedly helps her clients envision their belongings in their new homes.

 

Dawn graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas after a 13-year hiatus while raising her family, with a degree in Political Science. She is now an empty nester as her only child is an Engineering major at Clemson University. In her free time, she enjoys working out, watching sports, and traveling. She is a resident of Prosper with her husband, daughter, and two dogs named Tilly and Lola.
